Contest Rules

• The Photo Contest is open to everyone.

• Photos must be emailed by April 30, 2012, in order to be eligible.

• By the act of sending us a photo, you automatically grant to Renew magazine the right to publish the photo on RenewEveryDay.com and/or in Renew magazine at no cost to Renew Media, LLC. You further warrant that you are the sole creator and owner of the photo and own the rights to enter the photo in the Photo Contest.

• The Renew staff will choose three images on which readers will vote. Winners will be notified by email immediately after being named. Renew also reserves the right to contact winners to request high-quality digital versions of the winning image.

• The winning image will be posted on RenewEveryDay.com by July 1, 2012, and the winning photographer will receive a new iPad 2.

• Renew Media, LLC, publisher of Renew magazine, shall have the right to reproduce all or portions of the images in other formats for purposes relating to the publication. Renew Media, LLC will retain the right to transform or recast the winning images for publication in different forms, including, but not limited to print, electronic, magnetic or digital and in all subsequent editions of Renew magazine. Renew Media, LLC will also have the right to provide the image at any time to third parties for the purpose of indexing and archiving in whole or in part and in any format.

• Employees of Renew Media, LLC and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

• Renew Media, LLC reserves the right to cancel the contest at any time. Renew Media, LLC also reserves the right to disqualify, in its sole discretion, any photographer.
